Finedoor have recently supplied ,installed and commissioned a new 6.0 metre x 2.0 metre x two deck washing screen.

Lhoist have been operating from their Buxton site for 23 years producing some 500 000 tonnes of quality materials per annum.

Finedoor was approached due to the existing screen being troublesome, having had one new side plate and the other one a thickening plate added due to cracking.

New deck beams had also been installed over its lifetime since its original supply in 2009.

With Finedoor already having a presence on site with a 5-meter x 1.5 metre x two deck screen supplied in 2013, it was a natural choice for Finedoor to be involved with the 6.0-meter x 2.0-meter x two deck screen replacement capable of washing limestone material at 240 tons per hour.

The screen was supplied with Tema Isenmann ws 85 polyurethane module panels and fitted at Finedoor’s premises for testing prior to dispatch.

Lhoist’s site manager commented it’s been a pleasure to work with Andrew and his team again. The quality of service and equipment is second to none. This screen was delivered on time and on budget. It’s been in service for 9months and is working well for us. The change to the Tema Isenmann modules (from Trelestp) has also been a great improvement.
